The calculator
The Club Math Calculator runs entirely in your web browser. The numbers you type are not sent to us or stored on a server unless you choose to submit a form (for example, “Email my scorecard” or a Health Check request with results attached).
What we collect
When you submit a form we collect what you enter: typically name, email, phone (optional), club details and your message or calculator results. Forms are processed by our hosting provider’s form service, Netlify Forms (Netlify, Inc.), and delivered to us by email.
Lead forms
Some resources are offered in exchange for a short form: the full Club Math scorecard (name, email, club name and optional phone, sent together with the calculator inputs and results you entered) and the Pricing Guide (name, email, club and role). The free headline score and top-line results never require a form.
How we use it
- To reply to your request and deliver services you ask for
- To send Playbook updates or related emails if you signed up (unsubscribe any time)
We collect business information only, we don't sell your information, and we'll delete it on request.
Analytics
We use privacy-friendly, cookie-free analytics (Cloudflare Web Analytics or Netlify Analytics) to count page views and see which pages are useful. These tools do not use cookies, do not build advertising profiles and do not track you across other sites. We do not use Google Analytics or advertising pixels.
